A PC Update.

The only reason I’m updating my blog is purely for distraction reasons. There’s too much going on at the moment that’s shit, so, here’s a little something to distract me for a few minutes.

My son recently floated the notion of him getting a laptop. Never having really been a fan of laptops as they’re more expensive for less tech, overheat easily and never last as long, I managed to talk him round to just getting a PC instead. Inevitably he’d only break the thing anyway whilst carrying it somewhere so it seemed like the best thing to do. 

Whilst sorting that for him, Dom at the computer shop, convinced me that it would be a good idea to upgrade my PC as well, given the recent rise in prices and them only going to get worse. So I did. He’s a good salesman, clearly.

It’s a good spec and it’s running well. The only downside… Windows 11. Not a fan at all. Other than that, though, Carl and his Dom Daddy, did a very good job!
